Who we are

Cadence Acquisition Group ("Cadence", "we") runs cadenceacq.com. You can reach us at info@cadenceacq.com.

What we collect

What you email us. When you write to us we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as your name, your brand, your store URL and your numbers.

Website data. This site has no forms or accounts. We do not set cookies ourselves and we do not load third-party advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site, and may give us aggregate, cookieless traffic statistics.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, to decide whether a purchase is a fit and, if it is, to negotiate and complete it. We keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Confidential information

We sign a mutual NDA before we ask for financial information. Information you share under it is used only to evaluate, and if agreed complete, a transaction with you. We do not contact your customers, suppliers or staff without your say-so.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. Service providers that run our email (Google Workspace) and hosting (Cloudflare) process data on our behalf. We may share information with our lawyers, accountants or financing sources under confidentiality, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for the conversation and our records, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing info@cadenceacq.com. This site is meant for business owners and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
