Do you buy Shopify stores?
Yes. We buy small Shopify health and wellness brands doing roughly $100K to $2.5M a year, including stores that also sell on Amazon or wholesale.
How is a Shopify store transferred to a buyer?
Shopify has a built-in ownership transfer. Before it can run, any Shopify Capital or Shopify Credit has to be closed out, and an active Shopify Balance account has to be emptied (Shopify's help center). We plan that with you before closing.
What do you need to see?
After a mutual NDA: a profit and loss statement, Shopify sales and repeat-customer reports, ad spend, apps and subscriptions you pay for, inventory and supplier terms.
