I started Cadence to buy small health and wellness brands from the people who made them. The best products in this space are often built by one or two people who have taken them as far as they want to, and deserve a buyer who reads the whole story, not just the spreadsheet.
When you email us, you're talking to me. I'll read what you send, tell you plainly whether it's a fit, and if it is, put a real offer in writing. If it isn't, I'll say so, and where I can, point you to someone better suited.

What Cadence does
Cadence Acquisition Group buys small online health and wellness brands directly from the founders who built them: supplements, functional food, fitness and recovery gear, sleep, longevity skincare, wearables, weight management, and men's and women's health. We look at brands doing roughly $100K to $2.5M a year, on Shopify and other DTC stores, on Amazon, or across several channels.
How we work
- Directly. You deal with the buyer from the first email. No listing, no auction and no commission.
- By email, in writing. A short note first, then a mutual NDA before we ask for any numbers.
- With a written offer. Price, structure and timeline, explained line by line.
- With continuity in mind. We learn how the brand runs before changing anything your customers or suppliers would notice.
What Cadence is not
Cadence is not a broker and not an aggregator, so there is no marketplace and no middleman. We don't buy content sites, lead-generation sites or agencies. We don't buy prescription products, SARMs, CBD, THC or kratom, dropshipping or print-on-demand stores, or pre-revenue stores.
